You will learn about the medieval construction of our barrel room and the ancestral fermentation vats. In this tasting we try the 4 best-known wines from the winery.

Visit and Tasting in the Vineyards
We open the doors of our vineyards on the slopes of the “Natural Parc Montsant” with an exclusive 4x4 tour among some of the highest vineyards of Priorat Qualified Appellation.
You will discover the essence of Cellers de Scala Dei and you will taste the single vineyard wines in the same vineyards that belonged to the Carthusians monks. This excursion is more than a wine tasting. It is the experience of living first-hand what it was like to take care of the first Priorat vineyards.
The excursion begins at 10:30 and lasts approximately 4 hours, during which each wine will be tasted in the vineyard in which is born. We stop at the last vineyard where we have a picnic with food.

In this tasting we taste all the wines that we have available at that particular time. It is designed for the most demanding palates and we focus on advanced concepts.
We taste 8 or 9 wines (depending on availability) and we include the most exclusive and limited editions. We try from young, fresh and fruity wines, to the most intense and complex single-vineyars wines.
This tasting begins with a quick walk through the production and aging facilities and we quickly move on to focus on the wines.

In this tasting we will taste the 4 most famous wines of the winery, explaining their production methods and sensory characteristics.

The activity starts on time. We can wait a couple of minutes more at most for those who are late.
