This experience offers a first approach to the history and philosophy of Cellers de Scala Dei, closely linked to the establishment of the Carthusian monks in the region in the 12th century.
The visit begins with a welcome in the winery and an introduction to the historical and territorial context that has defined the identity of Scala Dei over the centuries. The tour passes through the production and aging spaces, with special attention to the old cellar from the 17th century, and allows us to understand the link between territory, tradition and wine. The experience culminates with a commented tasting of four selected wines that express the identity of the winery.

Visit and Tasting in the Vineyards
An immersive half-day experience that allows you to explore the historic vineyards of Cellers de Scala Dei, located in the Sierra de Montsant.
The visit begins with a light breakfast and a wine tasting in a vineyard overlooking the Cartoixa, as an introduction to the landscape and terroir. Along the route, each stop offers a tasting of the wine made in that same vineyard., establishing a direct dialogue between the land and the glass. The highlight is the Masdeu vineyard, a natural balcony to the Priorat at more than 650 meters above sea level, where you can enjoy a lunch with local products. The experience is completed with a final visit to the winery.

Tasting The Grenaches from Scala Dei
This experience is dedicated to the Grenache, emblematic variety of Cellers de Scala Dei and one of the great protagonists of the Priorat. The tasting allows you to discover how this historic variety is expressed in different styles and interpretations in the winery. The session includes six wines made mostly with red Grenache, from singular whites and rosés to single vineyard wines, where the variety shows all its elegance and depth. Through the tasting, the visitor understands how the soil, altitude and landscape influence the final character of the wines.
Full Wine Tasting
The Complete Tasting It is an immersive experience designed for those who want to delve deeper into the history and landscape of Scala Dei. During the session, they taste eight selected wines, including our most representative classics and exclusive limited editions.
Guided by a winery expert, the tasting offers an educational and detailed look at the terroir, the aging processes and the uniqueness of each vintage. An experience in small groups that guarantees personalized attention, ideal for collectors and lovers of Priorat.
Introduction Wine Tasting
The Introduction Tasting is an experience designed for those who want to know Scala Dei wines in a direct and accessible way.
During the session, participants taste four selected wines, representative of the winery's characteristic style and personality. The tasting is guided by an expert from the winery, who accompanies each glass with explanations about the terroir, the varieties used and the Scala Dei production philosophy. The objective is to offer a sensory and educational experience, which allows participants to appreciate the complexity and uniqueness of the wines in a brief and complete format.
