The Las Garnachas de Scala Dei experience is designed for those who want to enter the world of Grenache, the most emblematic variety of Cellers de Scala Dei and, along with Carignan, of the D.O.Q. Priorat. This session offers a deep insight into the expression of one of the historic Priorat varieties, introduced by the Carthusian monks in the 12th century, and how it is manifested in the different styles and wines made in the winery.

At the tasting six wines are tasted focused on Grenache, including fresh and unique interpretations of white and rosé made with this variety, wines where Grenache is combined with other varieties and single vineyard reds, in which Grenache shines in all its splendor, reflecting the soils, altitude and specific character of its vineyards.

It is an experience designed so much for wine lovers as well as for those who wish to specifically explore how a single variety can be expressed in multiple forms and personalities, always linked to the essence of the terroir that defines Scala Dei.
