Through its collaboration with Gran Hotel Mas d’en Bruno, Cellers de Scala Dei creates high-end wine and gastronomic experiences that combine the tasting of the winery’s iconic wines with a refined, sophisticated culinary proposal tailored to each occasion.
The menus, crafted with locally sourced products, are created by Josep Queralt, chef at Mas d’en Bruno, whose career has been built in renowned kitchens.
Each experience is designed on a personalised basis, adapting to the objectives and needs of each group, whether for corporate gatherings, presentations, private celebrations or institutional events. The wines of Cellers de Scala Dei become the backbone of a sensory journey that allows guests to discover the territory, its history and its character through both the glass and the plate.
